  Worst service ever, I placed my order at 6:15 I called to make sure they got my order since I ordered it online. They said it will be 15-20 minutes so I went to Publix to kill time. Got to flippers at about 6:45 the order still wasn’t ready. Didn’t get my food until 7:35, no manager came out to fix the problem, pizza and meatballs were ready, then the two girls upfront said caprese and wings just came out meanwhile they were in the little box oven the whole time, got home- everything’s cold, one pizza burnt. I know I work in a restaurant and all but the service could of been handled a lot better, they could of called us to say the food was taking longer than expected, people ordered before us and waited just as long as us but even longer. Might have to try them on a Monday when it’s slow but this was the first time and probably the last time at this location. Wasn’t worth $95 plus tip on top of it. I’m not one to complain I’m very understanding but this was just awful tonight. Very disappointed. :(

  I love this place. The manager was extremely helpful when sorting out a delivery issue to our apartments. Pizza is delicious every time.
