  My wife and I visited Dr Niral Patel today for the first time. We as very sick patients had to wait about one hour to see the doctor. When he finally came in, I greeted him and politely asked him if this much wait was a routine or exception with him. Instead of answering the simple question, he turned red-faced, started yelling non-stop and refused to see us. "I have many patients and I have the right to refuse treating you", said he.
  
  This kind of attitude cannot be ignored and I am going to file a complaint with my insurance carrier and with the Board of Medicine.
  
  Please avoid seeing this egocentric man to prevent being insulted.
